I can help, but I kinda need the real order details first. Like, what you bought, when you ordered it, and what went wrong. Without that stuff, it’s hard to say much or figure anything out.

"Overall, I think the price was fair..."
Overall, I think the price was fair compared to other sites I looked at. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option out there, but the quality feels worth what I paid. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the shipping cost was a little lower. Did anyone else feel like shipping was a bit high?
